Chess, Man

Between 2022-2023 I documented and analyzed the friendship I developed with a stranger I met at a chess night in London, and proceeded to play for a year, both in person and via Chess.com. The series involved collaborations with actors, chess coaches, and other artists. Chess, Man documents the process of producing these artworks, as well as their impact on my broader social circle. It was lauched at Reference Point, in London, in July 2023, and Le Citizen, in Paris, in August 2023.
